I took on the responsibility of designing and managing weekly newsletters for both internal and external communication within the organization. These newsletters played a vital role in disseminating property news, important announcements, and recognizing outstanding employee achievements. Below are the key aspects of my involvement:

Internal Newsletters

  • Created and designed bi-weekly newsletters for internal communication, targeted at corporation management, property managers, and all employees.
  • Curated and crafted engaging content to keep the recipients informed about the latest updates, company news, and upcoming events.
  • Ensured that the newsletters were visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for digital signage display.
  • Collaborated with different departments to gather relevant information and updates, maintaining an open line of communication to ensure accurate and timely content delivery.

  • Built a subscriber base of over 5,000 individuals within a year, utilizing compelling content, attractive visuals, and strategic promotional campaigns.
  • Created an email list of over 500 subscribers, implementing effective strategies to engage the audience and drive conversions.
